Wilderness Systems Rudder Bracket (2009 and older)

Unit price perMid Pin rudder bracket. Sometimes referred to as a Gudgeon, this is best used for replacement of a damaged or bent rudder bracket on a Wilderness Systems kayak made before 2009. It can also be used to install some non-Wilderness Systems rudder kits and kayaks with a flat stern, as well as many modern Wilderness Systems kayak made in or after 2010, commony outfitted with a plastic BTS bracket.
Bolt holes in the bracket are ¾ of an inch on center, one hole is oval to accommodate variations. Holes for ruder pin are 3/8 inch dia. Overall size is 2 3/8" long by 1 5/8" high, by 1" wide.
Made of heavy bent steel bar stock, stamped T-FAB, with a welded pin.
Hardware not included.
