The Harmony Stainless Steel Neoprene Washer pack contains 5 Stainless Steel/Neoprene combination washers. The Harmony Stainless Steel Neoprene Washer not only acts like a standard washer in the sense that it increases surface tension when used with a bolt and nut, but it will also act as a seal to keep water from entering at the connection point.
